I’m from Toronto – a two day drive from the ocean. So when I first arrived to St. John’s, NL the size of the boats blew me away. I had no idea they could get that big – some are almost double the size of the buildings downtown. They dwarf everything around them. I love that you can walk right beside them and take in their majesty.
